1. Platform

ChaturMundan Rewards is a technology platform for promotional reward and cashback campaigns. It is operated by Maayandi Industries.

2. Campaign-specific terms

Each promotion may have separate rules relating to eligibility, eligible products, validity period, reward value, scan limits, geographic availability and payout method. Those campaign-specific rules form part of these terms.

3. Eligibility and validation

A scan or claim does not automatically guarantee a reward. A reward becomes eligible only after the applicable campaign conditions and validation checks are satisfied.

4. Misuse and fraud

We may reject, hold or investigate claims that appear duplicated, manipulated, automated, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise inconsistent with the applicable campaign rules.

5. Reward processing

Eligible rewards may be processed using third-party payout providers. Processing times can vary depending on the payout method, provider availability, banking systems and validation requirements.

6. Service availability

We may update, suspend or modify the platform or a campaign where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or business operations.
